ALL ROADS LEAD TO SIENNA VALLEY

Sienna Valley is ideally situated along Ireland’s North-East economic
corridor for the proposed new Dublin Orbital Route. It will be directly
accessible to Drogheda town centre and convenient to Dublin,
Dundalk and the North East via the new link road to the M1 Motorway.

Drogheda Railway Station has links to all of the major regional destinations
including high speed intercity rail connections to Dundalk, Newry, Belfast
and Dublin. There are plans to upgrade this train service even further
and to take full advantage of this, Sienna Valley will have its own Park & Ride
facility to Drogheda Train Station.

Furthermore, the promoters of Sienna Valley are in discussions regarding
the provision of a railway station at Sienna Valley and have assigned lands
for a transport hub within their Master Plan.

Dublin International Airport is within 25 minutes and the new Port Tunnel
provides swift access directly to the city centre within a further 15 minutes.
The proposed new Metro system to the North of the city is also within 25 minutes.
