CONSERVATION
There is a clear requirement to strike a balance between the need for conservation and the
need for development. This balance is best achieved by designing conservation areas into
the green space while ensuring that the active recreational space is well designed &
maintained and, where possible, a viable habitat for local wildlife.

DESIGN
The sustainable Master Plan by O’Mahony Pike Architects is an award winning design. Sienna
Valley, as part of this plan, will contain well proportioned family homes that are designed with
flair as part of a planned, progressive and sustainable community. There are a wide variety of
home types enabling each resident to have a sense of identity and feel part of their very own
community from the outset.

As well as the homes being brighter & better designed, they will be more modern and energy
efficient than many recently built homes in the region.
